Our foodies headed down there to try Pangsit Goreng (Indonesian fried dumpling) and their famous Oxtail Fried Rice.
Since pangsit goreng is a side dish, it comes in 4 large pieces. Now, we don't mean ONE BIG FILLED dumpling, but as you will see in the photo. But don't be fooled by its look, the wrapper itself is crispy and tasty. Dipped with some chilli, and you might just be eating your way through another order.
Now for the main attraction, the Oxtail Fried Rice...
As the staff is making her way from the kitchen, we can already smell the flavour and mouth watering aroma of the dish! Looking at the dish, you can actually see the plentiful beef chunks mixed in with the rice, unlike some fried rice where you can't see the meat at all!
Its spicy, sweet and meaty at the same time and all its spices just blends well with each other. The rice itself is moist and soft making every bite a savory one!
